Fabric QC (China)
- Fabrics inspection, including piece goods to be exported to Bangladesh factory for production. Ensuring piece goods quality meets standard.
- 10% in random 4-point system (Weight, Width, Shrinkage, Defect, Color Shade.)
Sample QC
- Development sample and fitting samples inspection & spec measured.
Production QC
- In-line Inspection : Full garment inspection and spec measured.
- Finished Garment Inspection : Inspection after pressing (Aesthetic appearance, measurement checked.)
- Pre-Final Inspection : Audit at AQL 2.5
Compliance Assurance
- Compliance Officers are well trained in the Local Labor Law, Health & Safety Policy.
- Local Compliance Officers constantly audit all production facilities in partner with each factory compliance team, report to HK Head Office.
- Local Compliance Officers also involve and participate ongoing compliance training programs with factories.
